As the cared 4 was supposedly done I wonder why my headlight bulbs didn't work and my cruise control doesn't work? Obviously the cared 4 checks weren't done fully.

I purchased via a video as I live in NI. The service by Karl was excellent, how ever we had agreed on photos being provided before shipping to confirm the car had no damage. Unfortunately this did not happen as Karl was on leave and other staff did not provide photos. Fortunately the vehicle arrived via Stenna Line in showroom condition. If I am buying a nearly new Nissan in the future I will definitely be contacting Karl. Regards Graham Farthing

F.A.O Paul Bradley General Manage, Hello Mr P Bradley, We just got a car from your show rooms and you asked for comments, so here I go... • After collecting the car from the garage and taking it for a test drive to New Brighton, I realised that there was no instruction manual or service book. So I phoned ahead so I could collect this on the way home, which I did. • We went shopping and on the return home I noticed that the parcel shelf was missing, I phoned ahead to arrange collection, which I did. • Where the hatch back door meets the rest of the car when you close the boot there was traces of green slime (cause by the weather I’d say). So on the whole it was a pleasant experience just spoilt by a lack of the three points above. We have just come back after spending four nights in London without the car so I even doubt that we have done 150 miles so far. The reason for saying that I have found two marks on the front bumper. I am not saying that theses where on the car at the time of collection or not. So if you could supply me with the paint reference number I could pop in and get some ‘touch up’ paint, From Mr B A Browne reg: Number DC66 WVL Date 3rd April 2017 @ 19:30hours

Well having bought a new car I may feel slightly aggrieved and biased waiting for the RAC to arrive for a third time to get me started again as I am told the battery needs replacing. But after just calling your office to be told that your service dept is booked up until 2nd September and they may not be able to fit me in is not great (it is Sunday and I will find out properly tomorrow) My 3rd complaint is when I called in to your dealership to complain about scrapes the car had inside the car when I collected it the response was it was "sold to you as seen" I don't have his name but I wasn't impressed. He did say that I could bring it in for a proper evaluation though. The only positive in buying the new car was Michael Liversage who was responsive to my questions and straight to the point. Overall your Nissan dealership has an air of it being more than slightly chaotic (you would say that is because of its success in selling lots of cars but that doesn't help customers) I wouldn't return if I didn't have to to sort out my problem with the car.

The Nissan Connect EV was not set up which I had to do from a local dealer and this took weeks. It was VERY inconvenient. I do not expect such a blunder when I am paying 11k for a car from a dealership.

The gent that dealt with me was great - really friendly and worked hard to make things work for me. But, he really didn't know much about electric cars, charging, chargers, batteries etc. I've found this in general with Nissan dealerships. If you're going to sell electric vehicles, you really need to motivate and train your staff to support the sale.

I am currently in a dispute with Prenton that is unresolved. Essentially I asked for new front tyres as part of the deal and I specified them as contis. This was agreed by the salesman and I was very specific . My partner when she comes to collect the car is fobbed off with a story of'we don't change tyres at 5mm' . You may not as a business but your representative Sean noonan did agree to it verbally as I would not have agreed to the deal otherwise. Had I have been collecting the car a vulnerable woman recovering from cancer would not have been taken advantage of.You should know that we had an appointment with mark at Nissan Liverpool that morning to test drive a black juke with a lower mileage that we cancelled because we agreed a deal . I recognise that the two branches are the same business but to me you are we're just two dealers competing for my business. A verbal contract is still a deal and I expect this to be resolved professionally and not told that if I don't like it I can bring the car back Let's see if you have an NPS system in place as at present I am a firm detractor
