I am shocked at how this brand was sold to me! I am currently pregnant with complications and needed a car to commute to work! Unfortunately as soon as we left the car was not operating as usual! After calling the dealership and head office the car was collected after 3 days and taken away for a servicing which should have already been done, to find the battery was not functioning surely that would have been picked up if the servicing was done in the 1st place which we were told. I was forced to use public transport as the car given, I was unable to drive! On the days I was explaining my problem I was sent back and forth to speak to their break down cover even though it was their fault in the 1st place to sort it out! As a brand you have given me no compensation and I am utterly shocked at head office for not following up and at least calling me! Going forward I am telling family, friends and colleagues at how I was treated and how you have not bothered to apologise or give any type of compensation. Our complaints to the dealership and head office have gone on deaf ears! This is no way to treat a person who expects to buy nearly a brand new car and spend a lot of money to ensure they get the car! Very unhappy with your services this is the and 1st time we have ever bought a Nissian!

when I collected there was no SD card installed. it was not until later did I discover this.You have sent one in the post but the car does not seem to recognise it and will not load the maps.Can I take it to my local Nissan dealer in Maidstone to get it sorted or do I need to return it to you. other than this I am pleased with the car

When we made inquiries to buy the car the sales person was good, after we decided to buy and placed the deposit the service was non existent, it is like something changed?! No one told us about the progress of the sale or what we needed to do or have ready. We were even charged a card fee on the day because even though we had the money ready to transfer no one told us when and where to transfer too beforehand to save us paying the fee. On the day of pick up the car was not ready, we saw staff arguing with each other as to why someone did not arrange to have the car put in the workshop to prepare it. I saw someone else buy a similar model and their process looked like it was handled much more professionally. Overall not a good experience we felt very disappointed. Thank you to the stand in salesman Yassin (apologies if I spelt the name incorrectly) who it seems all this was dumped on, he acted professionally and tried to make up where his colleagues let him down and left him stitched up! You need more people like him there.

We arranged for a particular car that we were interested in to be ready for us to test drive and buy the same day. We were promised an email with a video of the car. It never arrived. The car wasn't ready for us when we arrived, not were the sales team.. We waited a good hour for it to be got ready. When out on the test drive IT RAN OUT OF DIESEL and we had to wait whilst the salesman walked to the local garage to collect fuel. No real apology was offered. We liked the car and we bought it, anyway, despite the poor service. It was delivered the following Tuesday, though I had to chase delivery and ask for the delivery time to be confirmed. The only person who knew what they were doing was the receptionist who was unfailingly kind and offered us refreshments - she deserves to be mentioned, not least because her understanding of customer care stood out so markedly from the other people we encountered.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. The car is nearly new and has multiple faults. I don't believe the service dept did anything in the 11 days they had the car to prepare it other than a wash. I am doubtful they even changed the oil given the multiple faults present. We have been trying to reach the dealer but no one is interested in reponding. I'm honestly sickened these guys are still in business.

I was very impressed with the service until after I bought the car. I received a penalty notice for the day I bought the car but prior to collection (it apprear to be the person who when to fill the car with fuel) I paid the fine in good faith having agreed with Yasin that I would be refunded the money but have been left chasing the payment for over a week, I'm clearly not a priority after you have made a sale!

That's it? What a pathetic survey. No opportunity for me to rank how utterly useless your service dept were in preparing a nearly new car worth £17665. 11 days later, they hadn't even bothered to road test the car for 60 seconds, or repair the alloy (as agreed) which had been pointed out during the sale process. I didn't get to test drive the actual car I bought as it was not on site when I turned up (despite giving forewarning and then waiting an hour while you aimlessly wandered around your own parking lot looking for it). Anyway the video I was sent revealed it to be sound enough with a promise that the car would be serviced and the defective alloy repaired. So one oil service later and bish bosh, "Here you go, now sod off. What's that? Your Engine Management System light is on? And your proximity sensors are buggered? Oh well I'm sure you can find a Nissan dealer near you to get that sorted under warranty. I'm sure you have nothing better to do. Yeah, we just sell the car, we can't be arsed with actually making sure it's perfect at the point of handover. Someone else's problem mate. Jog on."

I've said no to finance but I was paying cash anyway and made that clear. I didn't need a test drive but the problem you have is cars are stacked in and I didn't have the time but asked Richard to make sure it was mainly ok. It's under warranty. Saw your daily wash guys just going around with cloths wiping down the cars from same bucket and even dropping on floor. No wonder the Cars are covered in swirl marks. Not a very nice open place to buy a car as it's so packed and everything parked behind other cars. Not huge amount of customer parking and have to weave your way through cars. For me a it wasn't a cheap and quick transaction on a 1 year old car so didn't need much more so it was ok. Richard did pretty well and it was an easy transaction. I wouldn't bring back for servicing etc just down to the size and setup of your site to be honest.

Well initially was a nightmare very rude and arrogant customer service at both branches after speaking to Steve in the West London A40 branch he gave me a matured well mannered and v helpful assist Richard who was very helpful, attentive and polite and patient thereafter I decided to buy the car... I know of several people not happy with the customer service at bith branches ... Steve and Richard are the only reason I bought the car and would say they are fantastic ... you need more staff like them ...

Service was shockingly bad. Promises of phone calls that never happened which left the whole process stressful. Arranged an appointment to pick up car and was left to wait with no explanation as to why. Salesman extremely rude and argued with me in the sales room, very unprofessional. Was promised service book would be sent to me 5 days after the purchase and 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Finance was not explained, no explaination of repayment amount or interest rate. Was so tempted to walk out and not buy the car, but I'll be honest I wanted it so endured the awful situation. Would never go here again and has quite frankly put me off Nissan for life. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am still waiting for an emergency tyre repair kit ans a small clip for the rear seat. Richard Tanswell e-mailed to say that it would be posted on Wednesday 25th Jan, the parts have not yet arrived (31/01/17) I have telephoned and e-mailed Richard Stanswell on several occasions but without a response. I will not use the car without this kit being present and I consider the car unfit for use. I am considering returning the car to you and requesting a refund plus expenses Will somebody please contact me!!!

Redarding the sale of the vehicle, Mr Richard Tanswell has been outstanding, very professional and very helpful, he has explained to me all in details. I can only praise his professionalism and customer skills. The introduction to the aftresale department was on the list and Mr Tanswell did all what he could do, but the other people were not ready available, for example the service person spoke to me ONLY after the problem sub mentionned arised. BUT the service department has been all the contrary, unable to show me an itemised list of things that apparently had been done, and after driving the car out of the garage on the A40, a few hundred meter further, it stopped working and I found myself in a very dangerous situation, after having been victime of a bad accident just days before.The battery was then replaced at the garage, BUT a few days later I had to call the RAC, and the report shows that the battery was not properly fixed, this hopefully happened once home, but it could have left me again in a precarious situation. I had to call a taxy to be on time at my doctor appointment. All this shows put into question the service done on the car, twice. Keith Homer, assured me he would give me a free service and send to my by post a written confirmation about that as well as a check for the taxi expenses, it has been now more than a week and I haven't received nothing. Not even an answer to my emails. He was also unable to provide me , as I requested a business card and sribbled, after me asking him, his name on a piece of paper I offered. A part Mr Richard Tanswell, who as I said has an excellent knowledge of the selling process and outstanding customer service skills, I would not recommend the service department and I am afraid I have difficulties trusting what Mr Keith Homer promised...to be followed.

Car was delivered without set of manuals. Informed salesman shortly after delivery and he agreed to send a set out. Still waiting almost 3 months into ownership. Also delivered with small dent in wing but did not notice until delivery driver had departed. Photo sent to salesman and was asked to call into the garage if I ever was passing so could assessment for repair. Obviously not going to travel 800 miles round trip to garage to assess and arrange for date to revisit body shop at a later date. Not happy. No manual to find out what warning messages on dash mean "AUTO STOP START FAULT", and with all the tech in the car, struggling to work out how it all works.... cannot reference manual, so trial and error prevails.

A lot of confusion when we arrived. Long period of waiting, Test drive being double booked, and confusion between sales rep of where cars are parked. Few marks around car not looked into when mentioned. On delivery car arrived well valeted. Antenna was missing. Few days after driving a good distance start/stop fault was noted. When to fix the problem today. Battery not replaced. And now again problem still persists. Very frustrating!!

What is the "after sales department"? I sent an email to the seller Matt at the branch only this afternoon. I was asking about the 3 year warranty and does this apply to me. 1. Finance was dealt with in an extremely unfriendly manner. I was not at all explained about the GAP insurance etc. - the Finance person was not only extremely rude but also apparently is totally unfit for a customer facing role. 2. It was only because of the salesperson that I bought the car otherwise I would have returned (considering that I had travelled all the way from Milton Keynes to London). 3. The battery doesn't charge fully to 124 miles or even 100 miles. I have tried keeping it plugged in for more than 24 hours yet the maximum it has charged to is 90miles. My guess is that the battery has an issue but even when I raised it with one of the telephone customer service associate - this concern was brushed aside an being insignificant. Quite an aftersales service this!

Just want to add that on the way to view the vehicle we read mixed reviews on this branch and almost decided not to continue but I have to say that the service from Richard in sales was very good. He took the time to explain everything, took us for a test drive and just made the whole purchase a pleasant experience despite clearly being in a lot of pain from a back injury.

I was not happy with this process because the car was delivered without the warranty certificate (although I was assured that I was on more than one occasion) and without the SD card. The SD card was delivered to me separately but postage was not paid on this. I had to chase the warranty certificate multiple times and kept receiving incorrect advice that I had received it. I eventually did receive this, but after an unacceptable amount of chasing and effort on my part.

The sales process for buying our car was first class. Starting at Nissan Shepperton where we were helped in our decision making process and test driving different models, through to our final selection of a vehicle which happened to be at NLW. All sales staff were extremely helpful and contributed to our decision to stay with the Nissan brand.

After inspecting the car on handover, I was given only one key, there was no puncture repair kit, no jack or handle and no wheel brace in the boot, which raises the question, what is actually done on a pre-delivery inspection.Having only had the car less than a week there have been two warnings, one for the stop/start system failure and one for a key malfunction. I now have to do a 70 mile round trip to pick up the missing parts and also to try and find out why these warnings keep coming up on the dashboard. Not a very good start to owning my first Nissan

The sales man Mr.Ahmad Tehar did not know much about NISSAN NOTE. I do not know why he volunteered himself to take up the sale? After I decided the car VO64AYR I paid full amount by my debit card. When I asked for receipt and the details for the car he said he has no details on his computer and said he can give me a receipt on a different car number plate. I could not believe this man!!! People can be this bad??

On taking possession of the vehicle I had to complete and sign unnecessary paperwork for not taking up GAP insurance. Also was told I had to go to the Post Office to get the vehicle taxed but when we got there it was not on the Post Office's System. However, we returned to Nissan and was able to get the tax online so have no idea why it was necessary to go to the Post Office when it was done online in minutes. All in all it took in took 2 hours to take possession of the vehicle.

I thought the initial service was good, although not offered a test drive. Four days after putting my deposit down I was very shocked to see the same vehicle still advertised as for sale with a REDUCED asking price than what I had paid!! Spoke to two different people who both gave different stories why, one if them telling me it had been sold the day previous to me calling to query this. That was very disappointing and I was left wondering if the car would actually still be there when I made my 84 mile round trip to go back again to collect it! When I got there I asked the sales to confirm I had the drive away car insurance to cover me on the journey home, apparently I should have received an email during the week to set this and someone should have been in contact with me, no one had contacted me and I had received no correspondence. The service wasn't great but I'm happy with the car.

I did not feel the used car dept was as well supported as new sales for this pre registered but otherwise new car sale. But I accept that this is not surprising considering the lower sales margin. I definitely felt well looked after by the sales executive.

Hi, I have been mislead when buying my new car (exchanging my pervious Nissan Juke for a newer one). On the day when I came to chose a car I was presented with a Nissan Juke with just over 5000mils on the clock. This was mainly the reason why I decided to purchase this particular car. The low millage was what I was looking for in the new car. I signed all the necessary documents, which clearly stated that the car had passed just over 5000 miles. Few days later, I came to collect the car and drove home the new vehicle, only to realised that the clock on the dash board shown that, in fact the car had passed over 10.000 miles. Now, that is a significant discrepancy in milage. I spoke to Nick (the line manager at London West used cars) and I was promised by him and Christopher Beasley (who was assigned to assist me in the whole process of exchanging cars) that the new document with the correct milage will be issued to me. I was also offered a cheque as a form of compensation for being mislead. Despite numerous trips, phone calls and emails to Nissan London West I have not received any of the documents promised. I have been driving your cars for over 10 years and I have never had any unpleasant experiences with customer services. However, if I can point out at the fact that I am not the only one unsatisfied with customers services at this particular branch, perhaps this will prompt you to improve image of Nissan London West . One quick look at the Nissan London West overall feedback, which can be viewed on google, will possibly provide more information. I am not sure if anyone would act on my feedback left via your survey, I do however hope that one will look into the matter and take necessary steps to improve customer services at this particular branch. Thank you.

The sales guy (Paul) was very helpful but I had several small problems which was disappointing. Firstly, the van had a puncture which upon inspection showed that it had been previously repaired on two holes. Also, the delivery fuse had not been removed which meant I had to take it to another Nissan garage to get sorted. The service book was not stamped which meant that I had to post it back to the dealership which was the icing on the cake.

Ahmed is a lovely guy who was very helpful, answered all our questions and handled the sale professionally, was not pushy at all, just patient, good natured, knew his stuff, listened to us and shat we were looking and came up trumps.
