We left our motabilty car on 2nd june 2017 with james kelly in used car sales i was told that he would take the keys and paper work to your motabilty department but something has gone wrong I rang motabilty today 16th june 2017 and i was told that your company had to notify them that the car was at your premises this is very poor i am very disapointed you have had the car 2 weeks and done nothing about it , it is now costing me money. I have rung 6 times today and not spoken to 1 person left messages on answer machine no one has phoned ack i am very dissapointed . Would you recommend your company because i cant very poor after sales and i am still waiting for hand book not in car

I was very disappointed by the customer service team - after completing the customer survey ( this was enforced upon me ) I was challenged in person by the response I had given to the questions. This was intimidating and at one point an aggressive style was adopted - this was witnessed and no one person in the garage stopped the situation . Secondly I was informed my car (of which I had part exchanged) would be resold locally however I later found out in fact the car would be taken to a auction - so felt somewhat the information was not honest. Thirdly I did not expect to receive a number of telephone calls from people whom were interested in my car and wanting information. I was not informed that prospective buyers would be contacting me and also how did they get my contact details! Happy to discuss my concerns further .

Although a good buying experience and a really nice salesman, there was things missing on handover (bootliner, service manual). No after sales input given in relation to warranty, servicing etc....but would recommend you and would certainly come back again...pity you're so far away. Thanks

I don't recommend to anyone. I don't know what the after sales department is; do you mean servicing? I have tried three times to contact your services and they do not answer either Liverpool or Wirral. I am surprised that the discs are so badly worn on the front.

Great experience !! All staff really friendly and this was a big factor in making me buy. Never drove or thought I wanted a Nissan before but the sales service from Mark Thompson was exceptional and the test drive of the Juke was fantastic! I went to the showroom just to look with my sister with no intention of buying but left with a great car! All credit to Mark and the other guys there and was made to feel very welcome :-)

No questions - just a top report for your manager David Kirkby. He was never less than superb and helpful during the whole transaction and made it a fast and easy one for me. In an era when customer service can be hit and miss your man stood out a one who fully understands its value. This was made even more evident when he insisted on completing matters despite suffering with a painful eye condition which required him to attend hospital immediately on the day he completed the handover of the well presented car to me. I would have no hesitation in dealing with him again on my next car purchase - Thanks again

I bought the car from an advert in auto trader and so didn't get to see it before I bought it. The car was advertised as has having an arm rest and surround view parking camera, neither of which were included. I contacted Andy about this but heard nothing back through an online advert for the exact car that clearly showed the cars details. I'd like the features which were advertised as included to be either fitted or some sort of financial compensation. Regards, Ben Kelly.

I would comment your staff new there wasn't much point introducing me to the after sales department as I live 250 miles away. I would say there were a few things but I would say your staff were brilliant, they knew I was traveling quite someway, offered me a drink when I arrived. And considering it took about a month to find a car that is just right I dealt with many Nissan dealers who's customer service was frankly embarrassing! However your Nissan dealership and staff were head and shoulders above!

Hi, I was pleased with the car and the price which is why I travelled 75 miles from my home to buy it. The salesperson was very helpful - I didn't need a test drive as I'd driven one before elsewhere. However, I was not happy that packaging had been left in the car door - I removed with difficulty and it was lengthy which led me to belive it was waterproofing. But the salesperson confirmed by email that it was definitely packaging. However, I now see there is more plastic sheeting sticking out of the door and I'm concerned again about pulling it out. Your preparation department should have done a much better job - I'm want to take the car to your Bolton dealership to request they remove this other bit of packaging. Can you arrange this?

I live in South Wales therefore it was not possible to test drive the car or meet the after sales team. The service from Warren and Stephen was 1st class. I am however very dissapointed with the fact that the car has a number of scratches on the passengers front wing and a dent at the back of the car. I was very much under the impression that the car was immaculate. I am surprised that Nissan cared4u service does not ensure that scratches/dents of this nature are dealt with prior to sale. As I said in the survey I would recommend you to a friend but my advice would be to visit the car and inspect it prior to buying. Regards, Allen Shaw

I was not happy with the way I was told my car would be ready at the time but when I came to pick it up it was not ready it was just going in for service and I had been in two hrs earlier I was told every thing was ok it was not I had to pick it up next day I had to put the insurance back on my car so I was not happy neither was my partner I bought a car off you'd last time and had problems

wasn't happy with your customer service from start to finish, apart from Phil Downey who unfortunately went sick. Phone calls were never returned, the handover was a joke, took 1 hr 40 min to pick up the car that was already paid for by which time was too dark to look over the vehicle, no mats in as promised and on inspection in daylight the following day no parcel shelf. only a fraction of fuel in the car. Why does the salesperson have to be dealing with 3 other customers at the same time as you? I travelled from Hull to buy this car, but was left waiting on more than one occasion when the phone rang or other customers just happened to ask the salesperson dealing with me a question, that then seemed to take priority. Happy enough with the car, however, no test drive, but driven to the petrol station and back to put fuel in. The service afforded the customer could have been better.
