No. Would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Nissan Leicester especially Craig Hogben who looked after us so well and made the whole process so easy and seamless. We are extremely happy with the Quashqi we bought, thank you again. Just one issue with the drivers seat - being short I have to pull the seat forward when I get in to drive. The leaver is more to the centre of the seat and pulling forward is not a problem as there is space between me and the steering wheel. But to get out of the car the seat needs to go back. Stretching my short arm and hand to reach the lever is very difficult. It would be so much easier if the lever was on the left hand side as it was in my previous cars. I don't know if you can forward this comment to the designers at Nissan for future reference? I don't suppose anything can be done about this lever now? Mrs Salma Patel ps apologies for the delay in sending this back.

Disappointingly the paintwork prep has been shocking. I've emailed the salesman, it isn't his fault but the car is covered is transport tape marks, residual wax, micro scratches, swirls and holograms. Whatever the valeters are using is unacceptable (to a discerning few I would agree) but no matter what amount of money you spend on a new vehicle you expect to receive it in tip top condition and sadly, ours was not.

I have not received a receipt for the car yet and have had difficulties contacting people. My car had a fault from the start which has now been sorted but it took me making a complain to get this done. When will I get a receipt for the money I paid for the car?

We found Elliot during our first car buying experience with Nissan Leicester to be a very positive one. He was very a very professional, polite, informative, attentive, friendly, easy going young man to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. We also had a few conversations with the other members of the sales team whom also were friendly and very approachable. A very easy and quick car buying experience for us all round - thank you Nissan Leicester!

Overall ok but sorry to say I was very disappointed in the cleansiness of the interior, i raised it but was told he the salesman he cleaned it himself. I had to have it cleaned properly when I got home. Some of the bodywork needed G3 Also was told £10 of fuel would be added. Clearly this wasn't although the sales rep said it was. I took delivery on 2 bars when I put in 10 once nearly empty it was more than 2 bars. Also had to request a test drive rather than being asked. The dealership was good in terms of stock and the manager going through the fimance but the salesman could have been more honest as I humoured most of his discussion as it was obvious he was talking the 'typical salesman way' . Sorry about the negative but it was him as opposed to the dealership and having bought numerous cars in the past I feel confident in my judgement. Kind regards

We had excellent service from Steve Lewin but when we collected the car we were disappointed to see the bodywork had been damaged during its pre delivery inspection.This means another trip back to have it resprayed which takes the edge off the pleasure of a new car.

This vehicle from date supplied has 7 major faults and 6 minor,i was told that the vehicle would leave the dealership in perfect condition,i have had six months of pergatory,i spoke to Mark Whitaker whose respose was "write a letter of regection" i did over three weeks ago and heard nothing,he should not be in his position as Manager,also these problems should heve been a priority,but each time i tried to book it in for repair i had to wait a month each time and the service people tried to fob me off as i i new nothing,the stop start i was told it was fixed on 13th July the following day it stopped working and flashed up system fault,on test with Joe Vaja he drove the vehicle and said that there was nothing wrong with the clutch,well i took it to anothr dealership and they confirmed that it was slliping and a new clutch is required,this has been an absolute disgrace and all those involved should be held to account !!! will i receive a responce to this ?

Great sales person - Richard PArrott ,, after dealing with a not so nice and unfriendly sales person luckily Richard saved the day as I would have not bought the car otherwise .... No matter how much a customer likes / wants a car if you have to deal with a person who clearly shouldn't be in the job you will not buy the car

Not introduced to after sales but made aware of service plans. Even though the sales experience was pleasant enough, it was completely negated by having to drive away on an empty tank. We were extremely anxious driving through Leicester in heavy traffic knowing the car needed fuel, and no petrol station until Desford crossroads. Galling as my partex had more than a half full tank!

Dear Officer, During the test drive of the above car, we complained to Mr. Hogben that the ride felt bumpy. After we had agreed and paid an advance for the vehicle, we were told that the vehicle would need 48 hours to be checked. We returned for collecting the vehicle after 6 days as planned. Having completed the formalities and payment and hardly had we driven to the motorway, the car alarmed to show low pressures in one of the tyres!! This was extremely stressfull and we had to stop at one of the service stations to fill in air to the tyre with the low pressure. On the next day, we realised that the entire audio system and the navigation failed to work. On calling up Mr. Hogben, he said that the system needed an update!! We had to go into Nissan services locally to get this sorted on another day. Why was this not done before? Why was the vehicle not checked for the tyre pressures? What did he mean that "they needed 48 hours for the vehicle to be checked"? I feel that the vehicle was not checked at all before it was handed over to us. I am totally disappointed with the service provided at Leicester used car sales for the above reasons and will never recommend it to anyone. Infact, I would like to make a written complaint and could Nissan kindly direct me how to proceed. Many thanks. Kind regards, Thomas Selvaraj.

I felt the car exterior could have been better cleaned after paying extra to have it coated to protect the paintwork I found a number of marks on the paintwork that with a bit of elbow grease I was able to remove myself so I was a bit disappointed to find this hadn't been done in the first place.

We were kept waiting for over an hour for a pre arranged test drive. The finance manager was too pushy and irritating; one moment giving us the hard sell about paint protection the next telling us it wasn't important. Had the car not been exactly what we were looking for we would have gone elsewhere.
